3-axis milling

Plates, housings and brackets up to 800 × 500 × 400 mm. VMC with a 24-tool magazine, rigid enough to hold stainless without chattering.

How we scope a machine
  • G0Requirements clarification — we write down the capacity target, the acceptance test and the hard constraints before anything is drawn.
  • G1Concept review — you approve cycle time and layout, or we do not proceed.
  • G2Design freeze — drawings and BOM signed off. After this, changes go through a written ECR.
  • G3FAT and SAT — it passes on our floor, then it passes on yours.

The only step that needs you is step one. Everything after it is our problem until step six, and then it is your dock's.

  1. 01 You upload or type it STL, STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF — or just the envelope and the material.
  2. 02 Reference price in seconds The cost model runs locally. You see the breakdown and the DFM watchlist immediately.
  3. 03 An engineer reads the drawing Within one working day: a firm price, the risks we can see, and whether that tolerance is worth paying for.
  4. 04 First article, then batch First article with a dimensional report. Nothing runs in volume until you have signed it off.
  5. 05 Production & inspection In-process checks plus CMM verification on critical features. The report ships with the parts.
  6. 06 Packed and shipped Export packing, FOB or CIF, air express or sea. Documents handled — no surprises at the border.
05 — Quality control

Checked before it is shipped, not after you complain.

A tolerance claim is only worth what the inspection behind it is worth. Every export order leaves with a dimensional report and a material certificate, and critical features are verified on a coordinate measuring machine rather than with a caliper.

Half of what we build is not a part.

Fixtures, automation cells, special-purpose machines. You are not buying a machine — you are buying a cycle time that has to be met. So we do not put a price on this line from a form: we write down your capacity target and your acceptance test first, and then quote.

07 — Before you ask

The questions that decide whether we get the order.

If yours is not here, put it in the message box — an engineer answers it, not a sales script.

Is the instant price the final price?

No — and treat any tool that says otherwise with suspicion. It is a reference price built from your geometry and our machine rates. After an engineer reads the drawing it moves. Usually down, because the model has to assume a conservative set-up. Occasionally up, if a feature needs a second set-up or a custom cutter.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you send anything you consider sensitive. Say so in the message box and it comes back countersigned. If a drawing is confidential, send the envelope and the material first — that is enough for a first price, and it identifies nothing.

What is the smallest order you accept?

One piece. Prototypes are how most of our export accounts started. The unit price is just higher, because the set-up is carried by one part instead of two hundred — which is exactly what the cost breakdown in the engine is showing you.

Which files can you actually read?

STEP and IGES give the cleanest results. STL and OBJ are fine for estimating but carry no tolerance information — they are just a skin. Native SolidWorks, Inventor or DWG files we can also open. A PDF drawing with dimensions is enough if that is all you have.

How do you handle shipping and terms?

Ex-works, FOB Shanghai or CIF — your call. Air express for anything urgent, sea for volume. Payment terms start at 30% deposit for new accounts and loosen after a few orders. We are not precious about it.

Can you take over a part another shop keeps getting wrong?

That is most of what we do. Send the drawing, the failed parts if you still have them, and the inspection report if there is one. Nine times out of ten the problem is the set-up and the fixturing, not the machine.
